Appetite is back. Well more than it was a couple days ago.
I decided to copy Marcy and make myself feel better by making some food. Instead of coughed and sneezed on halloween cookies I choose some funfetti cupcakes. Yeah, I'm 12 and still enjoy a good funfetti cupcake just like mom used to make! And to celebrate having an appetite for the first time in 3 days I proceeded to eat 3! I figured it wouldn't hurt. I have now lost way too much weight in the last 5 days. I am down between 6-7lbs. I know it is all fluids and probably some muscle; not the desired fat. I wanted to lose 5 lb but not this way!

Well, yes, there are better ways to lose weight, but not really a better excuse to eat three cupcakes in a row! My sister-in-law and I made some a few weeks ago - the halloween kind. She was pretty excited about them too. You have to stay excited about the little things.
Now I want cupcakes. Haha!
Glad the appetite is back. Now you need to dig into a little Richmond Marathon on Nov 10th! I'm kidding, but at some point you will get that desire to run another marathon(this time under reasonable conditions)and it will happen sooner than you think.
Truly glad your feeling better.
OMG OMG I need some cupcakes LOL. Although I TOTALLY need to stick to premade because obviously I have NO idea how to cook LOL. I'm glad your appetite is back! Pig out chica!! ;D
Yes, pig out, get the strength back, rest, recover. :D
Yum! My kids and I have been hooked on brownies made in ice cream cones topped with frosting while has now become any kind of cake made in ice cream cones....damn addictive things. Good news, I picked up your 6-7 pounds that you lost - I will keep them safe for you.
So glad you are feeling better!
First timer stopping by. I must say, I have found the cupcakes can cure 99% of problems. And funfetti increases your odds...
Brownies cooked in ice cream cones? Why haven't I heard of this before?!?!
Cupcakes sound like the best Rx ever! In fact, I prescribe more right now! I'm super glad to read that things are improving for you - keep up with taking things slow and self-medicating with sushi and other tasty treats, and you'll be feeling great soon for sure :)
